We do not doubt thefact that our existence is because of water, the most pristine resource on this planet Earth. But do you know how much water does your body need and what if you are drinking water more than you are prescribed??

The ‘recommended’ daily consumption of water is somewhere around 60-80 ounces. It’s about 8 glasses every day, which sounds kind of hard to do.By drinking adequate water you can lose weight, solve several other problemsand achieve approximately everything to look good!But the bigger question is how you can increase your water intake??

Carrying water is a great idea when you leave your place. Before long, you’ll find yourself reaching for it without a second.

Help yourself by keeping a digital watch or wearing one that beeps at the beginning of descent time interval, use the reminder to help you pour a glass. Self discipline plays key role here too, vow to drink water before the next beep or as the beep signals it. These habits can improve your drinking habits and water intake.

A person who doesn’t like the taste of the bottled water or feels that tap water leaves bad taste in mouth; should get water purification system. Purified water tastes good and may help drinking water appealing for those people.
