Water: your first step towards weight loss!
It might seems or sound easy but Weight loss is just not about burning some extra calories than you consume, in fact it rarely is easy as it seems. Although calorie intake and expenditure are the basic elements of weight loss, there are other factors that need to be taken into consideration too.
This blog discusses the considerate factors of weight gain and loss and equally important but less considerate factors affecting weight shed or weight gain too. All the factors discussed in the blogs greatly contributes to the overall wellness of a being and greatly contributes to a person’s success with losing weight; however, only very few people actually pay attention to them. If you have following a rigorous gym regime and a very strict diet and still stuck with unsatisfying results, taking these factors into consideration may be just what you need.
Water: the more you drink the better it is
Water remains the best and only natural appetite suppressant. You can drink ample water to make you fill full most of the times, this will likely not make you feel hungry and save you from eating those fat filled break refreshments. One amazing fact that makes it happen is human brain is not wired to differentiate between hunger and thirst.Suppressing your appetite is one good part another part is this stimulates your satiety and also helps boost your metabolic rate. Though, there is no particular amount of water that one should consume but experts say minimum of 8 glasses of water per day is fine.
Another study says that 2 glass of water before the meal could do magic in weight loss process. Also as the body struggles to separate hunger from thirst you might just be thirsty and water to the route to feeling sated while not adding to your calorie count.
Sleep: Take some rest
If you ever thought sleep and weight loss is so far-off you are wrong, as per a scientific study that people who sleep 5 hours or less per night generally weigh more than those who get a 7-hour sleep. Other research has shown that inadequate sleep compromises efforts to lose weight through dieting. The link between sleep and weight loss is attributed mainly to hormones.Smile and Eat
This is least considerate but most important part of any weight loss process. Everything in our life is influenced by people around us. Look for people that make you happy. Spend time with your family and friends and smile a lot. Your friends have a lot to do with the outcome of your weight loss efforts. Starving yourself to the death by calling it dieting is too very dangerous for the health in this condition the immune system weakens. It is advised to eat but balanced diet. You should avoid fatty foods and increase your fruits and liquid intake.Thursday, 20 December 2012
Can we stop the already started ‘WAR OVER WATER’??
We keep hearing from the ‘intellectual lot’ around us that an inevitable war awaits us all. Yes, the wars over water. But many of us are hardly aware that wars over water have already started. Darfur was a water war!! It was a water dispute that broke between the farmers and nomads that the government then took advantage of, instead of helping to solve the dispute.
According to the experts, the disturbance that occurs in the nomad areas of Middle East is very much about inequitable access to water. In fact China too is very conscious about this drastic change and is willing to start work on a great pipeline that would help it to take water from Tibetan Himalayas that belongs to rivers that feed Asia.
We have already witnessed great fights between big corporations and small communities.
Cochabamba late 90’s in Bolivia is the place that saw the first ever water war, when Bechtel, the big engineering company, stood up and set a subsidy on drinking water on a for-profit basis. And the price exceeded triple what it was before that. It didn’t stop here; the company stood again for an atrocious cause and told people that “they will be charged for the water they collect from ‘RAIN’ in big cisterns and pots on your roof.
The company claimed all water here belongs to them which resulted in a civil war which emerged as a strong struggle. The people won. Bechtel was forced to leave. But the whole story dented the idea of equal distribution of resources and harrowed the idea of inevitable war if nothing is done.

I’ve Life, in my bag!!
The scarcity of clean drinking water is quite evident, as the number of people reported dying around the globe due to the scant clean drinking water is increasing every year. One of the worst effected regions is sub-Saharan Africa, where clean water can be several days walk away.
The need of producing an affordable and simple method of purifying water which doesn’t rely on first or second-world amenities, just as steady electricity supply, has always been a challenge. But a dexterous prototype device named ‘Solar Bag’, created by two young researchers in North Wales Ryan and Marcus tried to offer hope doing just this.
The ‘Solar Bag’ uses the (solar water disinfection) method of water purification, which like PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles, which were filled in with unclear and dirty water and left in the open sunlight. Following exposure to direct UV-A radiation of the Sun, A major amount of germs and bacteria contained within the water are eventually eliminated, rendering the water safe to drink.
However, PET bottles were not adequately plausible when it comes to quantity. It can purify and had a maximum of three liters of capacity per every six hours of sunlight; the Solar Bag's on the other hand is believed to have a commendable combination of high clarity polyethylene and black polyethylene plus a remarkable capacity to purify 2.5 gallons (9.4 liters) in the same time-span. According to both researchers, the bag would also help in transporting more amount of water and the purification process will start when being transported
.
These two differences might not seem really big but these two factors can save lives, the Solar Bag project is an exciting project, which shows great prospects even in this early stage of development.
“Keeping the mind the cause we are working the bags would cost somewhere around 3 to 5US$” Marcus.

This study is a direct blow to the well known fact that was previously held, that each individual needs some amount of bottled water daily. The group of researchers has proved that too much bottled water can make you fat.
One of the experts explains, the person who usually consumes bottled water is likely to suffer from Vanity Paralytics Syndrome, which affects the intestines by tightening them to an unnatural degree. This also makes the sufferer believe he or she is too illustrious to dispose of their body's waste in the normal manner, so they become addicted to colonic irrigation. The reprocessed bottled water contains traces of Polymeric Pertasimate-a chemical used in the (water) reprocessing method, and believed to be harmful to the human body if consumed in large doses. This chemical stays settles in persons system a lot longer than a person with normal self-induced bowel movements.
Polymeric Pertasimate, is heated due to the chemical reaction constantly occurring in the intestines and henceforth attacks the thyroid gland causing it not to function properly, and thus the person slowly becomes obese.
So, beware if you are caught in a frenzy of drinking bottled water, moreover this also adds to the menace of plastic waste too. A Water purifier machine is the right choice if you really are a caring person.

What Is the Future of Drinkable Water Resources In India
This year so far has not put India on maps for good reasons but for impromptus debacles. All such incidents were gruesomely demeaning for common Indian as they threatened the very basic of Rights.
One such issue that has been noticed but not pondered upon is drinking water availability. The reported catastrophic crunch has exceeded the records, the reports on paper in year 2012 says that almost 30% of population in each state is relying upon water tankers.
There are several factors that have reportedly been underlined whenever water crisis is discussed, Poor Water Resource Planning, Improper Water Resource Management, Falling Annual precipitation of Rainfall and Limitations of Water Treatment Capacity etc. The factor could be any but it symbolizes a big failure of the structural hierarchy.
Unavailability of clean drinking water is forcing people to consume unhygienic supply water. A recent report from ‘KOCHI’ North Paravoor and Vypeen areas again raised questions on the claims of local water board authority.
People reported the water smells of some chemical and due to no other resource they are forced to filter and boil the same water to consume.
In another recent report from ‘LUDHIANA’, the industrial hub of Punjab is submerged in water supply problems. Not only is the supply inadequate, but also unfit for consumption.
Many such reports have been pouring all around the year and in past But what is the solution??
As far as availability is concerned it’s still elusive but clean drinking water is no more a problem.
A group dedicated to the cause of making safe and healthy drinking water available to the citizens of this country has successfully engineered Essel Nasaka, RO Water Purifier that matches International Standards. It is the 1st and Only Water Purifier Company that offers 3 years of warranty and 12 stage purification processes. The purifier gives you 13 liters of water storage which is ‘highest’ in the industry. It is imbibed with unique Japanese ‘Minjet’ technology, which not just purifies but adds essential minerals to your glass of water. The company is backed by a vast experience of 25 years of industrial experts.
